Now, if you are a bird lover you might have seen Jenny & Michael’s story at Bempton Cliffs RSPB centre.  How he romantically proposed on the sheer cliffs with a chorus of Gannets and Razorbills.  Anyway, she obviously managed to accept loud enough for Michael to hear her over the sea bird squawks and they started planning their wedding.

I had met Jenny before as the top banana bridesmaid for her sister Anna a few years ago and was delighted when she called me to talk through their plans.  Even more delighted when she told me that they wanted to get married at Mylnhurst School in Sheffield, where she was a former pupil.  My kids went to Mylnhurst and I have had a close relationship with the school professionally and it is, of course, close to my heart.  This would be the first wedding at the school – ever.

Of course, you can’t get married in a school without a school theme.  So here is a quick slideshow:
